We are launching a comprehensive program that will provide support in both professional and personal development, identify opportunities, and offer practical skills training to empower these young people and help break the cycle of poverty.

This program will provide a range of services to equip the youth of Zimbabwe with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to succeed. The program begins with goal planning and activities, where participants will determine what they hope to achieve both personally and professionally. From there, they will receive literacy and computer skills training, which includes search engine use, email writing, and navigating email folders. The program will also introduce RACHEL devices to enhance their learning experience.

Parantaa Africa Foundation will also focus on identifying opportunities and resources available both online and offline, providing a specific list and discussing how to research each opportunity. The program also covers application essays, CV writing, and interviews, offering guidance and practice exercises to help youth stand out in a competitive job market.

Finally, Parantaa will help the youth navigate their future by looking ahead to what they have achieved in the program and encouraging them to stay in touch. This ensures that they have a support system to rely on even after the program has ended.
